Preston McAfee helps launch OA economics journal tandem

Preston McAfee helped to launch an open peer review, Open Access journal tandem earlier this year, economics and economics discussion papers. Papers appear in a discussion journal upon initial acceptance, followed by open peer review and an opportunity for community comment. The author(s) responds to the criticism and prepares the final version which is published in final form in the flagship journal.

He contributed the second discussion paper to economic discussion papers. It proved to be the first paper to complete the open review process and appear in economics.
